Christy Springer

Christy Springer received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Music at the University of North Texas, where she studied saxophone performance with Dr. Eric Nestler. Christy plays saxophone, flute, and clarinet in musicals at many of the local theaters in the area, and has been performing in musical theater for 15 years. She performs in various ensembles and orchestras throughout the metroplex and state, and has performed at regional, national, and world saxophone conferences. Christy teaches about 40 saxophone students in the Coppell and Lewisville school districts in Texas, and has been teaching privately for 20 years.
